Hazelburn consists of 78 co-operatively owned and managed one, two and three bedroom apartments. including 3, 2-level townhouse units at the rear of the building on the ground level. Most units feature glassed-in sunrooms (except townhouse &1-bedroom units), refrigerator, stove and range hood, 4-piece bathroom , hardwood parquet floors, electric baseboard heat, and a large walk-in storage room.

Townhouse units have 2 levels and a fenced-in garden. 3-bedroom units have an additional 2-piece en suite bathroom off the master bedroom. Hazelburn also has 2 and 3-bedroom suites designed for members with special needs.
