Hazelburn Co-operative Homes of Toronto

Co-op Membership

Committee members truly are the "Stars of Hazelburn." With a few exceptions, all members take an active role in the management and maintenance of the property by actively participating on a community service committee.

How to Join

First, complete a membership application form and pay the application fee. If your application is accepted, you will be contacted and asked to attend an intervew with the Membership committee. After your interview, your name will be placed at the bottom of our waiting list. We will notify you 30-60 days prior to the date your apartment will become available. You will then have 24 hours to inspect and accept or reject the apartment.
